Job Role:
1.Working on Briefs & Costings:
  • Receive the briefs from Head of Operations/ Project Head.
  • In certain cases, meet the Creative team & discuss the brief along with CS person.
  • Propose executable, innovative ideas & explore new technology for activities.
  • Approach vendors to obtain the bests costs.
  • Work on Costings as per the brief & elements of the design. Ensure that the Costing is cost effective & feasible.
  • Prepare a cost sheet & have it checked by the Reporting Manager.
  • Collaboration with other departments specially CS & Creative.
  • Maintaining Venue banks for various types of activities.
2. Activation Execution:
  • Effective planning & thinking on activities.
  • On the confirmation of an activity, conduct a recce if required.
  • Prepare the Operations Checklist to be sent to CS
  • All activity requirements are to be sent to the vendors for the various elements involved.
  • Ensure sufficient manpower for the activity i.e. Promoters.
  • Ownership for every logistical aspect of the activity.
  • Additional man power/ emcees and other deliverables are also to be kept ready.
  • Be present at the Set up and ensure that it commences as per schedule (mentioned on the Checklist).
  • Ensure that on site quality is delivered as promised by Client Service.
  • After the activity, ensure that the dismantle begins and ends as per schedule.
  • Taking initiative to close all costs at the end of the activity
  • Preparing the Payment Advice to send to CS.
  • Sending the Client Feedback form to CS.
3. Vendor Management:
  • Sourcing vendors
  • Getting competitive quotes from vendors while working on a costing
  • Vendor Contracts & Agreements
  • Finalizing the cost of materials & resources with the vendors
  • Co-ordination on material delivery on time with vendors
  • Negotiating with vendors, other agencies on cost reduction and availability of resources prior to the activity
  • Escalations (Vendors)
  • Maintaining products records and database & resource availability from various vendors periodically
4. Compliance with Commercial & Internal procedures:
  • Filling in the Post activity Report post closure
  • Adhere to internal processes
  • Arrangement of advances through the Commercial dept. for payment to vendors, agencies, etc.& Work with advances as per advance policy of the Company
  • Ensure all Weekly Reports are sent to Head of Department
  • Maintaining records and database on products & resource availability from various vendors periodically
5. Vendor Management:
  • Finalizing the cost of materials & resources with the vendors
  • Co-ordination on material delivery on time with vendors, third party
  • Negotiating with vendors, other agencies on cost reduction and availability of resources prior to the activity
  • Arrangement of payments to vendors, other agencies after the activity
  • Sourcing vendors
  • Ensure to negotiate sufficient credit time from vendors
Key requirements:
1. Graduate (MBA preferred) with experience of 5+ years for Manager & 3+ yrs for Assistant Manager in Operations with focus on the Activations/ promotions segment & school contact programs.
2. Good understanding of materials, fabrication knowledge, fair knowledge of the market.

Position:Group Account Manager/ Associate Account Manager - Client Servicing

Job Role:
1.Client servicing & Business Development:
  • Responsible for individual targets by way of servicing activations needs of the existing clients & up selling to them. The role will also involve some amount of Business development through pro active pitching.
  • Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
  • Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects. Work with Business development team for the same.
  • Meeting up with clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.
  • Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connect programs etc.
  • Presentation of the brief to the concept team, work with creative team for ideation & conceptualizing.
  • Presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.
  • Interact with Operations team to ensure effective execution of the activation.
  • Allocate briefs to team members, Lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation.
  • Holding periodic team meetings to update/review on the team targets achieved & address pending issues.
  • Assigning KRAs & making sure team member understand the job description well.
  • Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same is met in co ordination with HR
  • Providing orientation to new joinees in team & on the job training.
  • Evaluation of performance for team member’s growth.
  • Identifying manpower needs for the team & working in synergy with HR to hire the right talent.
Key requirements:
