and training, that serve corporations, foundations, and governments. iDiscoveri Preschools is creating a network of early care centers of outstanding quality.

Role:                             :

Regional Education Manager for Indian Market to lead, coach and mentor XSEED Customer development team. XSEED is a comprehensive program for schools that aims to revolutionize the teaching-learning process. It uses experiential and research based methods to ensure that ALL children understand all concepts. Our goal is over all learning improvement and 50% improvement in learning for the bottom 50% of the class. Over 1000+ schools spread across 22 states, and 200 cities in India and abroad have adopted XSEED program. The schools include a broad spectrum, including well-known schools to schools in rural areas and small towns government schools in Bhutan; and low-income and free schools serving underprivileged groups.

The Regional Education Manager (REM) will report to VP – Customer Development (VP-CD)of XSEED and will be based out of our Head Office in Gurgaon. The REM will be responsible for leading, training, managing and contributing to the development of an outside and inside 10-15 highly qualified regional sales team that is poised to quickly expand. The REM will ensure that the regional sales team has the guidance, resources, and skill to dramatically increase sales line by identifying market opportunities, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers. The REM will work closely with the VP - CD to develop short- and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the total business.

The REM will be expected to spend approximately 60 – 70% % of his time in the field working directly with sales representatives and customers, and will maintain several of his/her own accounts with high-profile customers.

Context                              :

XSEED is a “new to domain” product cum service that improves the quality of teaching and learning in schools at the elementary (K-8) level.  It offers content-based teacher materials and student materials along with ongoing training, coaching, and assessment services. These together form a continuous, branded, 360°, quality solution for schools. The program has now reached 700 odd schools (majority in AP, TN, Mah) in a short period of 4 years
