Consulting projects with industry provide students the opportunity to apply their academic learning to real-life business problems. A properly supervised and coordinated consulting project can significantly improve a student's attractiveness to potential employers and ensure a good final placement. Thus, such projects can be stepping stones to a final placement with a blue chip company.

Live consulting projects enable students to strengthen their knowledge and skills, and establish a network of business contacts that could be useful to them in the future. 

The objectives of student consulting projects are:

• To provide students with opportunities to apply the theoretical concepts learnt in the classroom to real-life situations through time-bound projects in business organizations.

• To provide students a platform to network , which will be useful to further their career prospects.

The projects are structured around individual career goals, keeping in mind the skill-sets currently in demand. They are coordinated and supervised by experienced faculty members.

All students of the Executive PG Program are encouraged to take up such projects on a part-time/full-time basis (depending on their preferences), in lieu of optional free electives.
