Specific Responsibilities

Lead Process Design and Improvement Initiatives: Define and implement processes which lead to predictable, repeatable results.

Works continuously to refine and improve the Transition and M&A Framework – process flow, RACI across different stages (DD, Planning and Integration) methodology, checklists and artifacts.

Uses external benchmarking and feedback from key stakeholders (business teams and Solution Design team) to launch initiatives to streamline processes
Develop Governance framework to review and support multiple deals ongoing at any point of time. Define critical to success aspects of every process and ensure they are followed during execution. Define the interlock mechanism of different teams working on different aspects of the engagement.
Enhance capabilities of processes and systems (IS, HR admin, Benefits) to onboard , deploy and develop i.e fully integrate large number of employees seamlessly. Wherever needed work with the internal Information Systems ( IS) and IT team to automate the workflow
Responsible for conducting the Integration surveys. Analyze the feedback from the survey to define improvement initiatives for enhancing overall integration experience of employees acquired through people takeover in an outsourcing deal or through an acquisition.

- Maintain and Strengthen KM: Implement a knowledge management system to document and maintain current procedures, provide a platform for advanced market intelligence. Maintain a knowledge base of competitive intelligence for current and future client support and execution.

- Research and Analytics: Drive research and analytics to strengthen the solutions team.

- Build People Capability
- Define a framework to develop M&A and Transition Management Capability within HR team and link certifications and exposures in this area to HR Career Framework.
- Develop Orientation module for Independent professionals( IP) we partner with in our deals
- Create an eco-system for all experts (in-house/contract / IP), consultants and business transition leads to interact, connect and share.

Experience & Qualifications
|
- Pass out from premier institute with 5-7 yrs Corporate HR or HR Consulting experience. Experience in M&A (Diligence or integration) is desirable.
- At least 2 yrs experience in one or more of the following HR specialties C&B, Talent Management processes, Integration.
