Guidelines for Candidates

  1. This online PI is only for 7 IBS campuses (Excluding IBS Hyderabad and IBS Mumbai).
  2. Our Marketing Officer will connect with you for coordinating your online Personal Interview (PI).
  3. All the candidates have to attend the PI through online mode to be eligible for getting their results.
  4. All the candidates have to share their mark sheets copies of 10th, 12th and Graduation on email id ibsadmissions@ibsindia.org after completion of their online PI.
  5. All the candidates have to submit the score cards of examinations applicable like CAT, XAT, and NMAT.etc. failing which the result will be withheld.
  6. All the candidates who are pursuing final year graduation have to submit a proof of min 50% in graduation on or before 1 Nov 2020 failing which the admission will be cancelled.
  7. All the candidates who have completed their graduation have to submit a proof of fulfilling minimum eligibility of 50% in graduation on the day of registration at the respective IBS campus failing which the admission will be cancelled.
  8. Under the present conditions, the eligibility of fulfilling 50% in graduation marks cannot be checked, hence the onus solely lies on the candidate and the admission offered will be provisional only.
  9. Those candidates having backlogs in graduation are not eligible to attend the online PI.
  10. Each candidate should have a proper data connection network and a valid whatsapp no.
  11. Proper smartphone valid for clear video calling.
  12. Should be attending the interview in a well-lit area and with no disturbance in the background.
  13. Should be available on whatsapp video call on the date allotted to you (Between 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM).
  14. Each candidate will receive a call from the designated IBS marketing staff to help them to schedule the PI with the IBS faculty members.
